Sports & Leisure Research Group

I've never been one to reflect on milestones, but it's hard to believe that with the onset of a new year, our firm has been providing action oriented insights for five years! We've been blessed with a great group of clients, staff, partners and friends, and I'd be remiss not to thank all of you for contributing to our success and growth. Never ones to dwell on the past, we look forward to even more accomplishment in the year ahead.

In early 2013 we'll present some compelling new golf and travel industry research as well as our annual look ahead at consumer sentiment and expectations culled from our ongoing sports omnibus study that we'll launch the first of the year. Our golf industry friends can look forward to joining us again at our annual Sports Illustrated Golf Group Trends breakfast at the 2013 PGA Merchandise Show. We'll also join our friends at PGA of America as presenters at their Fast Track Critical Industry Overview of Future Trends. Invitations and further information on both of these events will be included in our January News and Views e-Newsletter.

It remains an exciting and dynamic time to be involved in our business. We remain committed to working closely within the sports, travel and media industries to delivering the most cutting edge research driven strategic insights, and to keeping our fingers on the pulse, attitudes, opinions, preferences and behaviors of key consumer and b-to-b constituents to the benefit of our clients. As always, we pledge to do this as time and cost efficiently as possible.

So, again on behalf of the entire SLRG team, I'd like to offer sincere thanks to all who have been a part of our "extended family" and wish all of our friends a happy, healthy and prosperous 2013.

Warmest Regards,

Jon Last,
President
